Training camp in Potchefstroom is over (1)

Another training camp is coming to an end. We were unlucky again with the weather for one week, but otherwise it has been good.

Gerd throws far (0)

Gerd Kanter had his best discus session this morning on this camp. Technique was better and the discus was flying very far.

Nick gets his goal (1)

Nick Petersen has been doing really well on this camp in the weightroom. PR‘s in Squats, Deadlift, Bench Press etc.

Good session for Omar (2)

Omar El Ghazaly is throwing better and better and farther and farther. The technique is better but still far from being good. The discus is flying and flying and it goes far. Where will it end, hopefully beyond 70m sooner than later.

Navdeep is getting better (0)

Navdeep Dhaliwal is working hard to get better in the discus throw. For the last few days she has done good PR’s in different exercises.

Niklas is throwing better (0)

Niklas Arrhenius is doing well after his foot injury and has now been throwing shot and discus for some weeks with full turn.
