Omar El Ghazaly competed in his first meet this year in Cairo two days ago and did really well.
Omar threw 64.18m and had also 63.90, 63.40 and 62.78 before he foulded the last two throws. The meet was the Cairo Club Championships.
This is very positive result for Omar that left yesterday for a three week training camp in Pretoria, RSA before joining the group in San Diego in April.
Omar is going slowly forward and getting ready for this season but rather important for next season with the World Championships in Korea as a main goal. If he keeps healthy it seems to be going well in relation to this result that early.
