Navdeep throws her best of the year

Navdeep Dhaliwal had 48.52m yesterday in a meet in Great Britain. That is her best of the year so far.

Nav had 50.93m last year but is in much better shape this year but has been struggling with small injuries as well as technical problems and that keeps the result down.

52.05m is her best ever and the goal this year is to do better than that to begin with and then see? Nav have some competitions lined up for the next few weeks so we hope it will come.

Still, we take one step at a time and the year best result is a step in the right direction even if there is much more to come.
